Richmond Hill Sandgate Women’s Shelter – items needed

Sandgate Women’s Shelter will be opening its doors in Richmond Hill within the next couple of weeks.
The shelter is in need of the following:

1. Eight sets of twin sheet sets
2. Comforters
3. Dresser–low enough to be accessed by someone in a wheelchair
4. Clothing
5. Financial donations

If you are able to donate any of these items please contact Sandgate’s President Janice Green.

Women’s Car Care Clinics – April 23 at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Please find attached an invitation to the “Women’s Car Care Clinics” on Thursday April 23 at 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. This informative evening is to educate women on basic car maintenance, what to do in case of an accident and the role of the Fire Department at the scene of an accident.
