Many business analysts and executives are asked to justify their investment requests for a particular project or initiative. An effective business case is an analytical tool that demonstrates the value created by an investment – for the organization, for its customers or for the public. It provides decision makers with a clear understanding of the project scope, the stakeholders involved, and the cost-benefit implications.
This course provides an overview of developing and presenting a persuasive business case. It is structured over 2 days. Day one covers fundamental business case concepts and processes which are applied in Day Two through group exercises.

Valentine’s Gift For You
January 27th, 2010 — Announcements, General
Valentines Day is just around the corner and isn’t it the best time to say “I Love You” to someone close to your heart? Not tomorrow. Not “some day”. Today, NOW.
When you have a prompting, how do you act on it? I practice many things in my life: Exercise, cooking, my “French” because my Grandson Matthew is bilingual now. When I have a prompting I act on it through sending a card.
If you can think of someone who needs to hear from you today, go ahead and open up a Free Gift Account from my Web Site, follow a simple video and send a card. It is as easy as that. Follow this link: http://www.raracards.com
You will feel fabulous and someone else will feel fabulous too. Think about how you can start every day by feeling good and sending a heartfelt, sincere card to people you care about. One kind word can change people’s lives.
This is my way to “GIVE” to you, my friends and the fellow members of RHWNA. So for Valentines Day… Here is my message to you: Say “I Love You” to someone who you care about and make them smile.
Thank you RHWNA for introducing me to so many kindhearted people. My world is a better place now.
