I am singing tomorrow for the Alzheimer Walk in Toronto if you can come out and hear me singin! I recorded 2 CDs which made radio play in Canada , USA and Internationally!

I am unable to attend your fundraising event tomorrow however I have a number of boxes of gently used toys that I would like to donate to Sandgate. Would it be possible to drop them off at Delmanor during the day on Tuesday? I tried to call the phone number in the Liberal article but it appears to be incorrect. Please let me know and thank you for holding this fundraiser. Good luck.

Warm thanks to everyone who has helped to make this event a success, donated their time, goods and services for the door prizes and silent auction.
Thanks everyone for the toys and the cloths — all donations were delivered to the Sandgate office.
Thanks to all who offered help and provided suggestions for this and future events. Please keep in touch and follow our event calendar – we hope to see you at our future meetings and events.

Why aren’t such events advertised in local city newspapers ? I can understand a silent auction but not a secret silent auction, what purpose would it serve. Every one in the society needs to participate in such events.

The Sandgate fundraiser at Delmanor was advertised in The Liberal on Jan. 29th, and on Rogers Daytime. We also do our best at promoting our events through our warm lists and networking. We are constantly looking for people like you to help us spread the word and promote our fundraising efforts and community work. We count on your help and hope to see you at our future events and social meetings.
